How It Works

How a Stinger syndication works

The vehicle

For each deal, we form a separate LLC or fund that we manage as general partner. Investors buy units in that vehicle, and the vehicle makes one pooled investment in the underlying deal.

The terms

We negotiate terms based on the pooled size of the investment. Investors in the vehicle share those terms, subject to the vehicle's own fees and expenses, which are fully disclosed in the offering documents.

How we are paid

As general partner, Stinger Capital may earn management fees and a share of profits (carried interest) from the vehicle, exactly as described in each deal's offering documents. We do not charge membership fees, and we do not charge investors to see or access deals.

Our commitment

Stinger Capital and its principals invest their own capital alongside investors in our syndications.

Who can invest

Our offerings are available only to accredited investors, and we verify accredited status before anyone invests.
